Organise This launched June 2004 as an event management company focused on planning events in a way that was environmentally friendly and community involved.
From the start sustainability was our key focus, point of difference and motivation.
Organise This began by offering a service to clients where sustainability initiatives were delivered without any impact on the client’s objectives. This involved implementing an office sustainability policy and a sustainable procurement policy.
As expertise on sustainability grew within the
Organise This team clients welcomed additional initiatives that positively influenced the impact of their events. This included the creation of event specific sustainable development policies and onsite checklists for measuring waste and energy.
In 2005
Organise This were founder members of
Positive Impact a not for profit project to provide education on sustainability for venues, planners and suppliers to the event industry. Members of the
Organise This team continue to donate time and expertise to work on Positive Impact education events taking place across the UK.
During 2007
Organise This managing director Fiona Pelham was panel member and chair of BS8901 Sustainable Event Management System.
Organise This combined their understanding of BS8901 and experience in sustainable event management with the environmental expertise (providing by consultants
Crowberry Consulting) to create an online management system and measurement tool to support planners and venues with the implementation of sustainability within their events.

In 2007
Organise This was chosen as one of the top 10 UK agencies in the UK demonstrating CSR by Conference and Incentive Travel CSR Campaign for Change.
Organise This continue to look for new ways to implement sustainability and push the boundaries of sustainability within the event industry.
